For Immediate Release - 8 April 2026

London - fairCT, the European consolidated tape provider for bonds, today announces the availability of its Contributor API (v0.8) and developer portal at developers.fairct.org.

The portal provides contributing venues and approved publication arrangements (APAs) with technical specifications for submitting post-trade data to the consolidated tape, in accordance with EU MiFIR requirements.

Contributor API

The Contributor API supports two connection models to accommodate different contributor infrastructure:

Stream A - for contributors connecting directly via the fairCT API, with support for multiple encoding formats. Regional connectivity is available across several European locations.

Stream B - a REST-based interface for contributors operating their own submission systems, providing batch correlation and receipt verification.

Both models include receipt confirmation, enabling contributors to verify that submitted data has been accepted by the CTP.

Alpha Status

This is an alpha release. The specifications are functional and published, but remain subject to refinement as the platform progresses through its development phases. fairCT welcomes feedback from contributors via connectivity@fairct.org.
